my first bag

I made my first-ever handbag today. It's pretty basic, but I was a little nervous and didn't want to try anything too fancy for a first bag. I used some of the fabric from my friend's furniture store that I posted about here. I think it turned out pretty cute.

And the best part is that I made something usable out of something that was going to be thrown away!
